Athens Exterminating provides service for a variety of businesses. Our commercial clients include restaurants, convenience stores, apartment complexes and warehouse facilities to name a few. We implement an Integrated Pest Management System (IPM) designed for your business.

Helpful Hints to Prepare Your Home for Pest Control Services:

Clean-out Procedure for Roaches

Empty all cabinets, top and bottom, in kitchens and bathrooms.
Empty all drawers in kitchens and bathrooms.
Clean off all counter tops. DO NOT put contents of cabinets on counter tops.
Remove contact paper from cabinets and drawers.
Severe infestation may need follow up in two weeks with monthly service. (Technician will evaluate and advise if follow ups are needed)
Customer may need three to six months of bi-monthly service depending on severity of infestation.

Procedure for Flea Treatment

*Pick up all loose items from floor.
*Vacuum all carpets.
*Wash all pet beddings.
*Wash all human beddings.
*Vacuum daily for 7-10 days after treatment. Remove and discard vacuum bag after each use. If a bag-less vacuum is used, remove and clean filter after each use.
*Make sure to have pet treated by veterinarian.
